Yesterday’s post about the ad campaign aimed at men who ‘suffer’ from PMS, prompted lots of reaction in my Inbox and on Twitter, including the following comment:
Wow. That insults both men and women. Quite an achievement.
This reminded me of an old episode of the Channel 4 comedy The IT Crowd in which the men in the office ‘catch’ PMS.
It’s well done and funny. And actually bears some resemblence to real life. (See? We can laugh at ourselves…)
And if you do watch the whole episode, you’ll see that when the men have PMS, they don’t shrink away and suffer in silence …
